Function

Tis equipment is used next process of COG and FOG in Tracing of pressure on LCD panel. LCD panel from previous process is put in inspection stage to be checked whether it's 'OK/NG by the camera. After Inspection, LCD Panel is transferred to Next Process. Main inspection items are Particle, Pattern Aligning, Bonding Trace check (Bonding Trace distribution, No.s of ACF Ball, Bonding Strength, Bonding Trace Length) of COG Module and FOG Module.
